Agent Plugins 1.0 · GA in VS Code, Copilot CLI, Copilot app

The Aug 6 open standard — skills plus MCP in one plugin, with AWS, Anysphere, Microsoft, OpenAI, Vercel, and Google — is GA across VS Code, Copilot CLI, SDK, and app on all Copilot plans.⁶ One package; Copilot-only bits under com.github.copilot/. Org managed-settings apply as-is. The second shipping client issue 004 waited on is here.
