Auto mode failed on every tool call when CLAUDE_CODE_ATTRIBUTION_HEADER was off on direct Anthropic API — fixed. Plugin marketplaces can resolve a local command that prints a plugin directory each session. SSE keepalives for Vertex/Bedrock long thinks; crash fixes on narrow terminals and Windows long paths.¹⁰
