Cline SDK 0.0.74 + Desktop 0.0.12 · Claude Code provider fixed

Claude Code provider was unusable for agentic work; it now declares native tools, anchors on the workspace, and loads ~/.claude plus project settings. Workspace file edits auto-approve; commands stay gated. Truncated tool-call JSON is rejected, not silently repaired. Desktop: one row per tool call with diffs.78
