Pi 1.0.4 makes MCP tool selection explicit

--tools now keeps MCP tools unless an entry starts with mcp__; wildcard patterns are supported. Use --no-mcp to disable MCP for one run. An invocation such as --tools codemode therefore needs a fresh review if you relied on it excluding servers. This operational change affects the effective tool set. ²
