Pi 1.2.0 changes extension start events

before_agent_start also fires for custom-message turns started while idle. Its event is now a messageType union; handlers intended only for user prompts must check event.messageType === "user". Startup also counts as busy. Test extensions that inject instructions or start another turn. ³
