Claude Code 2.1.307 stops replaying write-capable HTTP MCP calls

When an HTTP MCP connection closed during a call, Claude Code could send the tool call twice. Version 2.1.307 now retries only read-only or idempotent tools. Upgrade runners that invoke side-effecting tools and exercise a dropped-connection path. The release also adds a claude_code.safety_event telemetry event when a tool call is stopped, prompts, or is sent back by a control. ²
