OpenAI Python 3.36.1 honors per-call WebSocket query settings

The patch applies query settings supplied to an individual WebSocket call. It also stops microphone capture between recordings in the examples and validates browser calls before reading driver state. Upgrade affected 3.36.0 clients and test one connection with a non-default per-call query option. ³
