Claude Code repairs a skipped-step success case

Version 2.1.301 fixes workflow agents that could skip their step after reading a harness authority note while the run still reported success. Grep and Glob also now report a search failure instead of an empty match result in a documented error case. Check the expected output and exercise the error branch after upgrading. ²
