Mobile MCP 1.0.12 fixes silent swipe and text errors

A swipe supplying only one coordinate now fails instead of silently starting at screen centre. Large UI dumps no longer hit the documented ENOBUFS failure; legacy Android adb typing preserves leading # and ~. The release also adds mobile_get_foreground_app. Upgrade affected tests and exercise those inputs explicitly. ⁴
